Exclusive Search
This is our premier service with no additional cost to the client. We take a job order exclusive for AML Group for an agreed term/duration. We then give our 100% commitment to focus on finding qualified candidates through different resources and introduce 4 to 5 candidates to the client for interviews. Our record shows that we have achieved over 90% success ratio to fill the positions.
Retainer Search
We offer retained searches for senior level assignments such as executive-level or highly specialized positions. Since this search requires more resources, higher level of commitment and high expectations from the client, we are very selective in offering this service.
Contingency Search
Standard searches for staff, middle or senior management level positions are typically performed on a contingency basis. If the timeline to hire is short, or the impact of not making a hire is severe, exclusive or retainer searches can be used to ensure the immediate allocation of resources.
